What usually happens is you're both sitting there...watching a movie...and you know what you should be doing and want to be doing...which is making out. If you're cuddling, just get a little closer to his face. Sit there for a while. Make this a slow process. Peck him on the cheek. Kind of playfully. Maybe suggest you lay down. Get more cuddly and sweet. Rub his arm or something. When he looks at you, hold his gaze for a couple seconds, and kiss him. Pull back and look at him again. Then kiss him again. Reeeaaal softly. Things, well usually, will get a little nicer and more passionate from there. He'll probably be into it. But the main thing to remember is that it'll be easier the more you're comfortable with each other. you dont have to get him to do it just start to make out with him he'll prob go with it unless theres somthing wrong
