my boyfriend and i have been going out for almost 5 years and he get so insecure when we get around other guys... to the point that it ruins our time together. its so annoying and i want it to end. i tell him all the time that he is my man and the only man i love but he still acts like a idiot. and another thing... he keeps little stuff from me too. like if we are going over somones house... and theres someone there i dont like that has disrespected me and has disrespected us as a couple he wont tell me. he doesnt put me first... so what do i do??!! any advice. and i want to stay with him if this works out...How do you make your boyfriend feel not so insecure??
until he gets over his insecurities and starts loving himself more, things wont change. you are not responsible for his issues, and only he can change them.
if you have been together 5 years and it has not changed then i think you need to look at that and say '; this is the way it is, can i honestly accept that?';
you need to tell him point blank how his behavior affects you and let him know that you love him but you cant go on like this.

Stop laughing during sex. Also change his nickname from ';tiny'; to something like ';mule';.

you are dealing with a kid here, he not mature enough o understand you have a life as an individual too. he is a ';L'; leave him.
