Like he and i totally LOVE each other!! im 13 btw...i just want to see how it is and were not/dont want to go totally farr with each other..just lip action you know??hes 13 too :] but whenever were on the phone its complete silence the whoollee time!! then the only time we do kiss is when we leave...thats no help though cause then its just a fast one... :\ helpp me?? i also kinda wanna get him the the *mood* to you know?? so itll give him confidence..how do i do that?How would you make out with your boyfriend even though hes wayyyy to shy around you?

Well its obvious that he totally likes you. Thats awessome! Its really hard for guys to make the first move. And maybe make any move. I think you need to whisper in his ear something like ';How would you like it if I did this....';. Also kiss him privately first, and then out of the blue in public kiss him. Make him feel sexy and confident. Also tell him straight up ';I really really like you, and I know you do to, but I would much appreciate it if you showed it a little bit more';. Those exact words might offend him, so maybe try some other words, but basically mean the same thing

I think you are way too young to be making out with a guy.. But if you insist, invite him over for dinner.. Once you eat, take him up to your room and just sit on the bed and talk about your relationship, then once you feel it is time, kiss him.. But in my opinion you are too young to make out with guys..
yes why not?get him in the mood to make out right? just should be a on the moment thing if he wants to he wants i think if u ';set a mood'; he will be overwhelmed and wont want to and be scared away..just go with the flow
ahh you're soo young to be worried about that. but start with holding hands, play with his fingers, kiss his hand and then just be the one to lean in. take it slow though so he has time to get comfortable.
